We draw on our knowledge of dance, Pilates, functional movement, athletic conditioning, fascial training, personal training, posture, and dynamic movement to design classes and personal training sessions that give you what you want and what you need.
Group Training is fun! We strive to make each class an experience that educates, challenges, and inspires you, while making sure that everyone is training at their individual best and enjoying it.
Proper technique and form are paramount, understanding how to stabilize and maintain alignment keeps you safe. Progressions are given as you demonstrate that you have learned the technique, are able to focus and apply the technique to create correct movement patterns.
Class sizes are small enough to give you individual attention yet large enough to make it fun!
Personal Training is geared to you, your needs, and your goals. We have extensive experience in helping people with rehab, structural issues, movement patterning and improving athletic performance.
Our backgrounds allow us to quickly address physical factors that could be obstacles to improving movement and performance. We use the Functional Movement Screen, the Fullerton Balance Test, Postural Analysis and Gait Analysis to inform our programming and exercise modality choices.
