WHAT IS TRX SUSPENSION TRAINING
The TRX® Suspension Trainer is two straps hanging from a single anchor point giving you an infinite number of exercises that you can perform at your level while challenging your core stability, strength, and endurance. Working with the Suspension Trainer allows you to focus, learn and apply correct movement patterns to functional exercises and, if appropriate, athletic conditioning.
You're in control of how much you want to challenge yourself on each exercise - Because the TRX Suspension Trainer requires you to engage your core with every exercise, you get a total-body workout every time you train.

WHAT IS TRX RIP TRAINING
Rip Training is a bar with a resistance cord on one side providing a unique mix of rotation, core stability, control, power, strength, mobility, metabolic conditioning, balance, and coordination challenges. Rip Training challenges you in all three planes of motion, every rep, every set, every workout, yet you are in control of how much resistance you are working with.
Life and sport require that we be able to both control and produce rotational force, whether you're carrying groceries, picking up your child, throwing a ball, or performing athletic movements your body is always producing rotation or controlling rotation.
Personal Training sessions are recommended for anyone new to the TRX Suspension and Rip Trainers. We believe that learning the foundational movements are critical to success and proper progression. Sessions are 45 minutes long and can be shared with a person of similar fitness level; the cost is $90 with Pam or Richard, or $75 with Andrea.
