Pamela is a STOTT PILATES® certified instructor through the advanced levels, a ZEN●GA™ Qualified Instructor, and a CORE™ Qualified Instructor all through MERRITHEW™. In addition Pamela has been a Certified Personal Fitness Trainer, and Group Exercise Leader with a specialty in Weight Lifting for many years. She also collaborated with Dr. Jim Hall, Lead Spine Specialist at Cheshire Medical Center, to develop the exercise component of the Mastering Mobility with Scoliosis program through The Hoffman Foundation.
Richard has been teaching Ballroom Dancing since 1983. He first trained at a Fred Astaire Dance Studio in Asheville, NC. He furthered his dance training with Dan Radler and Suzanne Hamby, former North American representatives to the World Ten Dance Championships. Richard has trained with some of the best in the Ballroom world, including Ron Montez, Bob Powers & Julia Gorchakova, Victor Veyarasset & Heather Smith, and Eddie Simon & Michelle Officer among others.
Richard is also a certified Group Exercise Leader & Personal Trainer. He has also trained in Zumba®, Zumba Gold® and Zumba Toning®, TRX® Suspension Trainer, Senior Strength and Resistance Training.
Richard is a KSC graduate and currently teaches at several local schools, hospitals and recreation departments, in addition to the Keene State Ballroom Club. He is also a singer, musician and actor.
Katie is an AFAA Certified Group Fitness Instructor and a licensed Zumba instructor. She interned under Pamela and Richard and is currently teaching Zumba at Keene Fusion Studios.
Katie started dancing when she was three years old and has been active in the fitness world for many years. Her love of dance and fitness is reflected in the positive energy and dance party feel of her Zumba classes.
Katie feels that Zumba is the perfect combination of dance-meets-fitness. The music leads the way to mind and body wellness with dance rhythms from all over the world.
Katie is a mother of three with a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from Keene State College. She is currently working toward licensure in Zumba Kids and Zumba Kids Jr. Katie’s love of dance, fitness, and teaching both adults and children shines through during her classes. Katie continues to work closely with Pamela and Richard gaining knowledge through their experience and expertise.
Kelley will assist and inspire you to pursue more natural movement patterns through foot, hip, thoracic mobility, and improved breathing techniques. Her mission as an instructor/coach is to help people achieve their fullest fitness potential through the mind body connection.
Initially trained as a Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor, Kelley became a Pilates teacher after chronic low back pain intensified into an injury. As Kelley realized that there was a disconnection between her mind and body, she became eager to understand how she could feel better, stronger, have more energy, and be more fit. She began to understand how to accomplish these goals through Pilates in combination with her past knowledge and experience. Kelley then further immersed herself in learning the Runity training method, which focuses on how to run pain free by improving running biomechanics and efficiency.
Kelley is a certified Polestar Pilates instructor, a NASM certified Personal Trainer, a Wellcoaches Certified Health Coach, and a Runity running coach. She completed her Bachelor's in Movement Science from Westfield State University.
